A Big Thank you to Bridgette’s & Harley’s

A Big Thank you to Bridgette’s & Harley’s

Bridgette’s and Harley’s located in the La Piazza center on Old Bullard Road in Tyler held the most amazing event on May 21st that benefitted the women and children we serve at the East Texas Crisis Center.  Both stores invited their customers to donate gently used clothing and in exchange receive a 20% discount on their purchases.

The volume and quality of summer, fall and winter donated clothing that we received was incredible.  This will give a boost to our summer sales at our Flamingos Upscale Resale store which in turn helps provide essential services for women and their children residing in our emergency shelter.

Donations of clothing were only the beginning…..the event also raised $2,300.00 for the East Texas Crisis Center with many of their customers making cash donations of $100.  Bridgette’s Couture, Inc. and Flowers Davis, P.L.L.C. then added their own generous donations of $400 and $1,000.

Bridgette and Harley, thank you!!!!!!!

Lana Peacock, Executive Director
