Senior Director of Programs

The East Texas Crisis Center (ETCC) seeks applicants for the position of Senior Director of Programs.  This is a new position and is part of the senior leadership team within the agency. This position reports directly to the Executive Director. The Sr. Director of Programs will oversee the operations and administration of all programming at the ETCC and work alongside the Executive Director in implementing the fulfilling the new strategic direction of the agency.

Position Summary:
The Senior Director of Programs is responsible for the administration and oversight of The East Texas Crisis Center’s programs which include: Emergency Shelter and Hotline, Counseling, Case Management and Advocacy, Batterer’s Intervention and Prevention Program, and Coordinated Community Response.  Directly supervises department directors and some program coordinators. Ensures the provision of trauma informed care to survivors across all ETCC departments while meeting regulatory standards.

Minimum Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or similar field required. Minimum five years of experience in program development, management, and supervision. Management of a shelter or residential program preferred. Experience in program design, strategic planning, leadership, staff supervision, grants management, compliance and reporting required.

Job Type:
Full-time, Monday- Friday, some evenings required for special events or to respond to emergencies. Work schedule is flexible.
