The East Texas Crisis Center, Inc., Annual Meeting of Members for the *Friends of the Center” will be held at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, January 28, 2024, at 2401 Hughey Drive, Tyler, Texas.

The following business is scheduled for a vote by the members:

  1. PROPOSED OFFICERS for 2024
  2. NOMINATION OF NEW 2024 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
  3. Proposing policy amendments to be approved by the Board of Directors.
  4. Other actions may be proposed.
