Spring Volunteer Training

Spring Volunteer Training

Volunteer training gives members of the community an opportunity to assist East Texas Crisis Center in providing support, and services to survivors of family violence, dating violence, and sexual assault.

Volunteer Training is 40 hours in total. 30 hours held virtually on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 1pm-4pm and 10 self-paced learning hours from May 1st – May 22nd.

Volunteers will be educated in many different areas to help broaden their understanding of East Texas Crisis Center programs, and will also develop a working knowledge of the impact violence has on survivors.

Volunteers will learn about a variety of volunteer assignments so they can choose what is best fit for them and their schedule.
All volunteers must complete a volunteer application that can be filled out on our website here: https://etcc.org/volunteering
For more questions or information please contact Volunteer Coordinator, Brooke Davis by email at volunteerprogram@etcc.org or by phone at 903.509.2539
