The East Texas Crisis Center would like to invite you to its Third Annual Festival on the Square, “Dance Away Domestic Violence.” Our goal is to promote awareness and educate the community on the dynamics of domestic violence and sexual assault.
We hope to educate the community by sharing resources available in their area. This is an opportunity to remind citizens that domestic violence is illegal and not a private matter. Our goal is to unite organizations and individuals who can help victims who are afraid to leave a violent situation because they lack the knowledge of available resources to start a life free from violence.
You are invited to take part in the festival by having your organizations’ information available to patrons attending this event. A location will be assigned where you may set up a table/tables with information on your services and requirements. You are free to distribute prizes, souvenirs, and create fun activities for your table. We ask that you bring your own table.
T-shirts are not required but will provide a sense of unity among the organizations.
T-Shirt will be sent to print on September 1, 2015. Any, questions on online orders, please contact Jeremy Flowers at 903-579-2501.
