The East Texas Crisis Center was awarded a grant in the amount of $79,624.00 by the Women’s Fund of Smith County!
These critical and necessary funds will be used to establish transitional housing, supportive services, and economic advancement for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. With support of the Women’s Fund of Smith County, the East Texas Crisis Center will be able to provide rental, tuition, childcare, and transportation assistance to survivors who’ve experienced trauma and our rebuilding their lives. This expansion of services and programs allows the East Texas Crisis Center to make the pathway to healing & hope accessible to more survivors in Smith County.
